The restored film “The Color of Pomegranates” directed by Parajanov appeared on Kyivstar TV
From November 26, the film can be watched on the cinema and television platform Kyivstar TV.
The film “The Color of Pomegranates”, which made director Parajanov famous throughout the world, is now available for viewing in high quality on Kyivstar TV by subscription, starting from the “Basic” package. The distributor of the film in Ukraine was the Arthouse Traffic company.
According to the plot, the parable film “The Color of Pomegranates” tells about the life of the 18th century Armenian poet Sayat-Nova – from childhood to his last days. The film takes the poet into the world, showing his spiritual quests, creative peaks and internal conflicts.
