In the Ternopil region, a man who received a summons but refused to be mobilized was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
This is stated in the verdict of the Husyatyn district court of the Ternopil region.
According to the court, the man passed the VLK in June 2023 and was found fit for mobilization. He was issued a summons, but the Ternopil resident did not come to the TCC.
At the trial, he pleaded not guilty and stated that he was ill and therefore could not serve in the army.
In the man, the VLC revealed such diseases as: osteoarthrosis of the left knee joint of the 1st degree, chest deformation of the 1st degree, but he is fit for mobilization.
