The Russians hit a residential building in Sumy with a ballistic missile.
In the evening of Sunday, November 17, the Russian invaders hit a high-rise building in the city of Sumy.
This was announced by the mayor of the city, Artem Kobzar.
“And another arrival in the city of Sumy to a residential building. The arrival of ballistics. Together with a representative of the Red Cross, we are going to the place of arrival. I will inform you further,” said Kobzar.
The city council added that all the necessary services are working at the place of the hit.
