The Russian Federation hit the Dnieper with an RS-26 Rubezh or Oreshnik missile

Russia struck the Dnieper with an intercontinental ballistic missile, but it is unlikely that this will be repeated often since the Russians have very few such weapons. Aviation expert Valery Romanenko stated this in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine.
“I don’t think that Russia will be a “nightmare”, because if they have hundreds of other missiles, then they have dozens of intercontinental missiles. The cost of such a missile is simply outrageous – from 50 million for one missile. And it can carry no more explosives than three combined “Iskanders,” he said.
