The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced a weather warning to residents in the Kirov region on December 26

The weather is expected to worsen in the Kirov region. The weather warning appeared on the website of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

According to the department, on Thursday and Friday, December 26 and 27, warming is expected with a transition to positive temperatures: in some places in the region it will be up to +2 degrees. In addition, meteorologists predict frost, fog and snowstorms. Wet snow is expected, sticking to wires and trees.

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations urges Kirov residents not to allow children, elderly and sick people to go out alone. Pedestrians must move on sidewalks with extreme caution. Drivers should keep their distance and not park cars near weakly reinforced structures and trees.
