Russian marines, supported by North Korean soldiers, launched an attack on Ukrainian positions in the Kursk region on Thursday. As Forbes analyst David Ax writes, one of the reasons for such a rush may be the so-called “peace plan” of Donald Trump, which Western media previously wrote about.
