Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation exposed a scheme to avoid mobilization in one of the courts of the Donetsk region.
This was reported in the press service of the SBI.
According to the investigation, the assistant of one of the judges, a former law enforcement officer, organized the issuance of fictitious court decisions on divorce and deprivation of parental rights for $3,000. This gave men the opportunity to actually single-handedly raise a child up to the age of 18 and receive a deferment from the army, as well as the opportunity to travel abroad without hindrance.
