The SBU detained a GRU agent who was planning to liquidate the Ukrainian military
An agent of Russian military intelligence, detained in Chernihiv, planned attacks on medical facilities and repair bases of the Armed Forces.
Cyber specialists of the Security Service of Ukraine detained an agent of Russian military intelligence in Chernihiv. A 45-year-old local unemployed man was engaged in adjusting the fire and setting fire to cars, considering them as “test missions”, and later planned the task of eliminating the Ukrainian military.
This was reported by the SBU press service.
The agent came to the attention of the occupiers because of his pro-Russian comments in the Telegram messenger. First, on the order of the GRU of Russia, he set fire to a military pickup truck and a transformer substation in Chernihiv.
