The SBU detained criminals who set fire to objects for the Russian Federation — Ukraine
The detainees had previously served sentences for drug trafficking and theft.
The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police exposed two recidivists who cooperated with the Russian special services, setting fire to infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Their main targets were post offices, vehicles of the Defense Forces and equipment of Ukrzaliznytsia in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

Both detainees, who were previously serving sentences for drug trafficking and theft, were involved in subversive activities through Telegram channels. To perform tasks, they used flammable substances, and the results of arson were recorded on video for reporting to curators from the Russian Federation.
