With the onset of winter weather on the front, certain changes in the tactics of the enemy appear.
In the case of snow, it is more difficult to hide tracks from people and equipment, and the effect of unexpectedness is already much smaller. In addition, bad weather complicates the operation of UAVs due to reduced visibility.
This was said by Volodymyr Kravchenko, senior lieutenant, head of the 3rd department of the border service of the commandant of the fire support brigade “Hart” on the air of “KYIV24”.
In turn, this also hinders our fighters – it makes it difficult to aim artillery, mortars and reconnaissance drones.
“We understand it, the enemy understands it. In particular, we are working on planned objectives, places where the enemy's manpower and equipment are concentrated,” the fighter concluded.
