A resident of the city of Sovetsk has put up for sale one of the smallest apartments in the Kirov region. The advert drew the attention of the Istochnik Online portal.

Since the end of November, Sovetsk has been looking for a buyer for a residential space on the ground floor of a two-story building located in the city center. The ad states that a one-room studio apartment is for sale. Its area is 10 square meters, of which only 8.1 are residential.

The house has stove heating, there is water, a plastic window is installed. The apartment has undergone cosmetic renovations. The owner states that the apartment could be the best option for a student or a single person. The premises can also be used for commercial purposes.
