The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not change the basic military balance in the region.
The US State Department has approved a possible foreign military sale of F-16 Sustainment Services and related equipment to the government of Ukraine at an estimated cost of $266.4 million. The Defense and Security Cooperation Agency issued the necessary certification by notifying Congress.
