The State Traffic Inspectorate reported details of a fatal accident with trucks in the Yuryansky district

The State Traffic Inspectorate again commented on the accident on the highway in the Yuryansky district. New details of the tragedy appeared in the department’s telegram channel.

As it became known, MAZ and Volvo trucks, as well as a Volkswagen Touareg, collided on the federal highway Kostroma – Sharya – Kirov – Perm. The driver of a Volvo heavy truck is listed as dead. He was 49 years old. A 22-year-old young man driving a MAZ escaped with injuries. The 40-year-old driver of the German crossover was not injured.

The accident was registered at 20:40 on the 581st kilometer of the highway in the Yuryansky district. Due to the incident, reverse traffic was introduced on the road.
