The telecom operator will begin informing subscribers about the registration of new numbers

MegaFon is introducing a service to inform its customers about the registration of new mobile operator numbers. This will allow all subscribers of the operator to receive free messages about the use of their passport data when registering new contracts for the provision of cellular services. The service connects automatically and is available to both new and existing clients.

MegaFon subscribers are informed online, immediately after registering a new contract for the provision of communication services.

Messages are transmitted through all channels of interaction with the client – in the form of SMS to the old number, via email specified in the contract, as well as via push notification if the operator’s personal account is installed on the smartphone.
