In the Kharkiv region, representatives of the Central Committee and the police detained a volunteer when he was taking a grandmother out of the war zone.
Volunteer Timur Aliyev published a video of how the volunteer's car was stopped by the police and military TCC on the way from Kupyansk, where he was taking his grandmother. In the car, the grandmother remarked that it would be better to send a policeman and a member of the TCC to the front than a volunteer risking his life to save civilians.
“I show them (TCC) (evidence of my volunteer activities) – they laugh at it. They are not interested,” says Timur Aliyev.
