The war in Ukraine – the enemy has advanced on three fronts, ISW report
Russian troops advanced near Kupiansk, Pokrovsk and Velika Novosilka. At the same time, the Ukrainian defenders are advancing near Toretsk, where they have regained previously lost positions.
This is stated in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Combat operations in the Kharkiv region
On December 25 and 26, the Russian occupiers continued their attacks in the Kharkiv direction, but there was no confirmed advance. On December 24-26, the enemy carried out offensive operations in the area of Visoka Yaruga, Lyptsi, Staritsa and Vovchansk.
The Russian blogger claimed that the Russian army continues its offensive on Kozacha Lopan, but the defense forces of Ukraine continue to hold positions on nearby tactical heights.
Another Russian blogger said that Ukrainian troops counterattacked from Lyptsi in the direction of Hlyboki.
