The war in Ukraine – the General Staff reported on the situation at the front

The “hottest” situation at the front is in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhiv directions.

168 battles were recorded at the front in Ukraine during the day. Most of the assaults and offensive actions of the Russian troops took place in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhiv directions.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported this in a summary on December 5.

In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian army staged seven attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Visoka Yaruga, and Hlyboke. The enemy also actively used bomber aircraft.

The invaders carried out 15 attacks in the Kupian direction. Ukrainian troops repelled enemy assaults in the direction of Kucherivka, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Pershotravnevo, Zeleny Gay, and Lozova.
