To end the war with the Russian Federation, Ukraine will have to lose some territories. This was stated by Slovak President Peter Pellegrini.
According to the politician, this opinion is prompted by the situation at the front, where Russia is acquiring new territories every day.
“When it comes to peace, I believe that it is necessary to maintain realism. Today, probably no one in Europe among sane people believes that it will be possible to achieve peace without some partial territorial losses for Ukraine,” he said.
At the same time, Pellegrini called on Kyiv and Moscow to sit down at the negotiating table as quickly as possible.
