Women's biathlon team of Ukraine announced the squad for the first stage of the World Cup of the 2024/25 season, which will be held in Kontiolagt, Finland.
As reported by the Biathlon Federation of Ukraine in its official Telegram channel, our team will be represented by six biathletes: Khrystyna Dmytrenko, Yulia Dzyma, Anastasia Merkushina, Olena Horodna, Anna Krivonos and Oleksandra Merkushina.
Note that in women's individual races, the Ukrainian national team will have a quota of five biathletes in the 2024/25 World Cup season.
While the men's national team of Ukraine lost one quota in individual races of the World Cup as a result of last season and will not be able to send more than four biathletes to the start in the new campaign.
