The security service gathered evidence against the traitor Lee Won Chol, a Ukrainian citizen of Korean origin (also known under the pseudonym Herman Prokopiv). In 2014, he took part in the capture of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, from which he tore down the Ukrainian flag and replaced it with the Russian tricolor.
