Politician Cathy Juvinao from Bogotá, Colombia, became famous around the world when she was caught smoking during a session dedicated to discussing health care reforms.

The camera panned to House Speaker Jaime Salamanca, who was about to give the floor to Katy to address her fellow lawmakers during the session. At that moment, Huvinao was inhaling smoke from a yellow vaping device. Realizing she was being filmed, the woman let out a puff of smoke and quickly hid the vape away from the camera.
