Beer contains xanthohumol, a flavonoid that suppresses the effect of carcinogens, and therefore the foamy drink can to some extent be considered a remedy for cancer, said Lyudmila Sukhorukova, a gastroenterologist at the Vidnovskaya Clinical Hospital, Sports.kz reports with reference to Life.ru.

“Like orange juice: The doctor called a foam cure for cancer, which is available in any store,” reads the headline of an article on the Life.ru website.

“The same xanthohumol protects the brain from age-related degenerative changes,” the expert emphasized.

According to her, beer removes aluminum compounds from the body in case of poisoning faster than any other drink. And in terms of the content of phosphorus, iron, magnesium, copper, potassium and zinc, it is not inferior to orange juice. However, you should not abuse alcohol!
