Rehabilitation doctor at the Vidnovsky Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region, Svetlana Malinovskaya, named a vegetable that helps prevent heart attack, stroke and a number of serious diseases, Sports.kz reports with reference to RIA Novosti.
This “sure remedy,” according to the doctor, is carrots.
