Stanislav Ignatiev, an energy expert and chairman of the Council of the Ukrainian Renewable Energy Association, told the Kyiv 24 channel about this.
“If the average daily temperature will be less than 10 degrees Celsius, then we expect 10-12 hours without a stable electricity supply per day. The most vulnerable are cities with millions, such as Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and the city of Lviv is also at risk,” he said.
