In Ukraine, all elderly people are paid retirement software. However, in some cases this payment may stop.

This was announced on the website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

It is noted that the payment of pension can be stopped by the decision of the territorial bodies of the Pension Fund or by the decision of the court.

Grounds for termination of payments:

• awarding a pension on the basis of documents containing inaccurate information;
• failure to pass physical identification;
• residence of a pensioner abroad;
• relevant statement of the pensioner about the termination of pension payment in connection with temporary residence abroad;
• the pensioner is granted the status of a person who has disappeared under special circumstances;
• the pensioner died, was recognized as missing or was declared dead in accordance with the procedure established by law;
