Traffic on the border: traffic was restricted at the checkpoint
Pedestrian movement will not be restricted.
On the border with Romania at one of the checkpoints, traffic restrictions were introduced from November 22. They will be valid for 35 days.
This was reported in the press service of the DPSU.
“The crossing point “Solotvyno – Sigetu-Marmatsiai” will partially suspend the passage of vehicles,” the border guards emphasize.
According to the information of the Romanian side, due to the emergency condition of the bridge over the Tisza River and in order to carry out works on its restoration, the passage of vehicles will be stopped – from Monday to Friday – from 09:00 to 15:30,
“Pedestrian traffic will not stop at this checkpoint,” the border guards state.
