Fatal road accident involving a serviceman. The District Court of Zhytomyr chose a preventive measure against the driver who hit a schoolboy at a pedestrian crossing. The man was driving under the influence of alcohol. 17-year-old Valery Rozbytsky could not be saved.

It's been a week since the Kopiychenko family calls each morning black. This one starts at the police station. The parents ask the investigator about the current whereabouts of the suspect in their son's death. 17-year-old Valery was the only child in the family.

“He was going to enter the military institute next year. He said: 'Dad, I want to be an officer like you,'” says Andriy Kopiychenko, the stepfather of the deceased Valery Rozbytskyi.
