In Ukraine, the ban on students traveling abroad continues, which was put into effect on February 28, 2022, after the declaration of martial law and general mobilization. The only exceptions to this situation are students of foreign higher educational institutions, said lawyer Yulia Romanenko on the B2B Consult website.
