Newly elected US President Donald Trump plans organize negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation and thus end the war.

This was announced by Republican Congressman Mike Volz, who will become the national security adviser in the future White House administration, Voice of America reports. “The president has said he wants to bring both sides to the table. He's focused on ending the war, not continuing it,” Volz said.

The politician added that the vision of policy towards Ukraine depends on Trump. “It depends not on me, but on the decision of the president,” the congressman emphasized.
