President-elect Donald Trump's special representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, intends to visit Kyiv next month and would not mind meetings in Moscow if he is invited, Bloomberg writes.
Kellogg also plans to visit London, Paris and Rome, according to a person familiar with the situation. The publication's source added that such plans have not yet been finalized.
