In the Poltava region, a man who refused to be mobilized was sentenced to 3 years in prison. He told the court that two military units did not recruit him after he told them about his health condition.
This is stated in the verdict of the Velikobagachan District Court of the Poltava Region.
According to the court, in September 2023, the man was found fit for mobilization. Later, he was given a summons, but he refused to be called up for military service.
