Tyshchenko will be tried for the kidnapping and beating of a former soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
A group of persons inflicted physical injuries on the victim and illegally detained him for a certain period of time.
Prosecutors of the Prosecutor General's Office sent an indictment to the court against People's Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Tyshchenko on charges of unlawful deprivation of liberty (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
This was reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, on June 20, 2024, in the city of Dnipro, a group of people, on the instructions of a deputy, illegally detained a former serviceman of the Armed Forces, using physical force and special means. At the same time, they inflicted physical injuries on the victim and illegally detained him for some time.
One of the persons who participated in the crime has already received a court decision. The indictment against the other person involved in the case is currently under consideration by the court.
