Champion UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad reacted to the post of the third number in the division rating Shavkat Rakhmonov on the social network X, which he published on his page after the official announcement of the fight against Ian Garryreports Sports.kz.
Shavkat criticized Muhammad and other top fighters in the category, hinting that they avoid meeting him in the Octagon: “I am very disappointed in our division. Belal, Leon, Colby, Kamaru, Jack, Sean – you all let the fans down. The only one who backed up his words with action was Ian, and I respect that. But don’t flatter yourself, Ian, I’m going after your zero and after that I’ll fight for the belt,” Shavkat wrote.
