Ukraine may sharply raise electricity transmission tariffs in 2025 – UNIAN
It is noted that the agreed tariff is lower than the one proposed by Ukrenergo.
The electricity transmission tariff for Ukrenergo will be increased next year. The corresponding project was previously approved by the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the fields of energy and utilities.
It is noted that the Ukrenergo tariff in 2025 will increase by 25.8% to 665.26 UAH/MWh, which is less than what the company proposed – to 780.41 UAH/MWh.
In addition, the Commission approved a reduction in the Ukrenergo transmission tariff for green metallurgy by 3.3% to 352.73 UAH/MWh and for dispatch by 9.0% to 95.07 UAH/MWh.
