Ukrainian Chelsea footballer got into a doping scandal after the match with Astana – Football

Ukrainian midfielder Chelsea Mikhail Mudrik faces a four-year disqualification for a positive doping test, Sports.kz reports with reference to Championat.com.

Mudryk passed a positive doping test in October. A prohibited substance was found in the football player’s sample “A”. Sample “B” is expected to be opened in the coming days.
Mudryk has been playing for the London club since 2023. His contract agreement with Chelsea runs until 2031. The player's transfer value is estimated at €30 million.
This season, the midfielder took part in 15 matches in all competitions, in which he scored three goals and five assists.
