A bus with football players of “SC Poltava”, who were traveling to Horishni Plavni for a home match of the First League championship, was stopped by military personnel and sent to the TCC.
Journalist Ihor Burbas reported on this incident, which happened on November 2, on his YouTube channel.
According to him, summons were issued to all football players, and one of the players was even detained.
“Denys Galenkov was not in the application. As far as I know, he was detained because [він] was listed in the system as “wanted,” Burbas said.
According to the journalist, Galenkov did not train for a week, but now he should return to the team.
The Poltava football team is the leader of Group B in the First League and is competing for promotion, trying to get to the UPL.
