Ukrainian metallurgy needs equal conditions to compete in the EU market,
Vodovis believes that the EU should strengthen sanctions against Russian metallurgy and provide Ukrainian producers with equal conditions for competition.
The opportunities for Ukrainian metallurgists in the European market are not competitive, because the EU still has the opportunity to buy cheap Russian slabs, which are still not subject to sanctions. In addition, the European environmental duty CBAM mechanism will soon come into effect, which will become another obstacle for our products.
