New drones are capable of overcoming enemy electronic warfare systems.
Ukraine has successfully completed the testing phase of a line of drones with fiber-optic communications, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
“The list is headed by the drone of the project “BLACK WIDOW WEB 10” – a kamikaze on fiber optics. This drone is capable of covering more than 5 km and bringing about 2 kilograms of useful weight. The developers of this project received NATO codes not only in this area, but for a whole line of solutions for the use of UAVs “, – said the General Staff.
They added that their UAVs managed to solve an important problem – overcoming enemy electronic warfare systems when using drones. In addition, the General Staff noted that successful tests of the UAV will improve future research and development in the field of fiber optic communications
