The longer migration lasts, the greater the proportion of migrants will not return, says Alexey Poznyak.
After the end of the war, those Ukrainians who worked in prestigious jobs in Ukraine and value their career achievements will want to return to Ukraine from abroad. But the availability of medical services will less encourage people to go home, said senior researcher at the M. V. Ptukha Institute of Demography and Social Research, Candidate of Economic Sciences Alexey Poznyak in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, the longer migration lasts, the greater the proportion of migrants will not return. This is a factor that occurs at all times among all peoples, Poznyak emphasized.
