Ukrainians who have suffered from the actions of the Russian Federation can already submit applications to the international Register of Losses through the Diya portal.
Ukrainians will be able to apply for reparations for any crimes committed by the Russian Federation as early as 2025. Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov wrote about this on Telegram.
“In 2025, we will launch all 45 categories of applications for compensation for damage caused to the Russian Federation. We will add applications for reparations for those who were forced to leave their home, whose life and health were damaged, whose cars were destroyed and other types of damage,” the message says .
