Ukrainians will be able to submit complaints about lack of communication through “Diya” – UNIAN
Subscribers will be able to promptly inform about the lack of mobile communications.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved a mechanism that allows Ukrainians to report communication problems through the Diya mobile application. The permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnichuk, announced this in his Telegram channel.
It is noted that at a meeting on December 17, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Procedure for submitting an information message through the Unified State Web Portal of electronic services about the inability to receive electronic communication services by mobile subscribers.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov said that the service will be launched “very soon.” According to him, messages from subscribers in Dii will help to quickly determine where the connection is working…
