This was announced by the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
The UNESCO Committee for the Protection of Cultural Values has decided to organize a “special monitoring” mission of the Derzhprom in Kharkiv, which was damaged by a Russian strike.
Ukraine will be the first country in the world to apply this mechanism. This is an extremely important step to preserve our cultural heritage.
The monitoring mission will allow not only to properly record all the damage to our unique architectural monument, but also to create a basis for coordinating international efforts to restore Derzhprom.
