Baranova called alcohol an unobvious cause of depression, headaches, problems with the liver, nervous system and memory. Also, according to her, alcoholic drinks cause not only deterioration of the skin, but also early aging.

In addition, the therapist continued, contrary to myths, alcohol aggravates existing problems and does not relax, but creates addiction.
