From January 2025, many Russians will have a new line in their receipts for housing and communal services – “snow removal.” Snow removal in the courtyards of apartment buildings, on sidewalks and adjacent areas will now be a separate expense item, which will be included in payments only if the owners at a general meeting decide that this service is necessary.
