“Victory in the SVO”: the political scientist explained why Russian propaganda spreads such theses

The enemy is trying to divert the attention of Ukrainians, but the war will not be stopped.

In Russian mass media propaganda in recent days, the thesis that the Russian Federation allegedly “achieved the objectives of the SVO” and “defeated” Ukraine in the war began to spread. In particular, a “seminar” was held for vice-governors, organized by the administration of the Russian dictator Putin, at which the “image of victory in the SVO” was discussed.
