In the final fight of the weight category up to 67 kilograms, Dulat met with Muzhibillo Tursunov from Uzbekistan. Tursunov won the first round by a split decision, the judges counted the second segment in favor of Bekbauov, but for the final verdict the officials had to review the video replay. As a result, the victory was given to Muzhibillo Tursunov, and Dulat Bekbauov became a two-time winner of “silver” at the continental championship.
