A presidential decree has become publicly available, establishing criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the work of the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The document was published on the portal of legal acts.
On Thursday, November 28, Vladimir Putin signed a decree outlining a list of KPIs (key performance indicators) for all governors. The document came into force. The presidential administration began developing a mechanism for calculating values for the indicators that are on the list. It has 21 points.
Thus, each head of the region will be assessed by the level of public trust in the authorities, people’s satisfaction with the level of education, and conditions for playing sports.
