President of Russia Vladimir Putin stated that International Olympic Committee (IOC) under external pressure it turned into a circus, Sports.kz reports with reference to Championat.com.
“Under pressure from outside, the International Olympic Committee has turned into some kind of circus performers. They have completely commercialized the Olympic movement and are destroying it with their own hands,” RIA Novosti Sport quotes Putin as saying.
