People's deputy Anna Skorokhod said that the doctors of the military medical commissions (MMC) received an unspoken instruction to recognize almost all conscripts as fit for military service.
She said this during the conference on the report on the activities of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada on the investigation of crimes in military structures.
“The doctors themselves told us more than once, and they secretly helped us, that they have an instruction that everyone is fit. And the unfit are a separate caste,” the deputy added.
