This was said by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi during a press conference following his participation in the summit of the European Political Community.

“There is a very dangerous rhetoric. We understand which leaders implement it and raise it. “First a ceasefire, then we will see”. A very scary challenge for all our citizens. Who are “you”?
